Default Collection bag through your door.

My Wick pal said she had a poly bag put through her door wanting clothes for the third world.
After a bit of digging I discovered that 'SHS collections' isn't a charity (registered company not registered charity) and accordIng to companies house their details are
    Name & Registered Office:
    SHC COLLECTIONS LTD
    260 BOWES ROAD
    LONDON
    N11 2JH
    Company No. 06437255
    Status: Active
    Date of Incorporation: 26/11/2007
    Country of Origin: United Kingdom

The address looks like a block of houses (google earth/maps)

It is good to have people like you doing that kind of digging and warning the rest of us. It is much appreciated because people want to give to charities, but only the ones that are above board! Thank you.

Don't be fooled into giving them anything - hopefully they'll get the idea that Caithness folk aren't suckers

Personally, I chuck all of these bags straight into the plastics recycling bin. When we have stuff to donate I bag it up and take it to a charity like Oxfam.
