Ohh...how awful....poor man, must be distraught.I really hope the dog is soon back home....please let us know.
I know we're a long way from where this Great Dane was stolen but you never know where she will surface.
Here's the details and a link to the info with a picture.
7 year old female Harlequin (Black & White) Great Dane stolen on 16th October 2009 at approx 2pm in Canterbury town.
This dog is probably well known in the area as her owner is an 80 year old, severely disabled man that takes her out all the time. (She walks alongside his mobility scooter).
A young fair haired girl of about 18 was seen to be dragging the dog away.
This dog is everything to this guy since his wife died of cancer a few years ago and it goes without saying what the poor man is going through right now.
I believe the bitch is chipped also.
Any info at all please contact the police or email [email protected]

Thanks.
The Dane community is hoping so too. We're trying to make this dog too hot to handle. Everyone you can think of has been informed and we have both media and radio coverage hopefully.
Fingers crossed. Her owner is so distraught, bless him.

This is just so sad!
Well done PP and everyone in the Dane community for all you are doing to trace this dog and get her back with her owner where she belongs.
Hope with all my heart she is found safe and well soon.
That is just awful, the poor man must be beside himself with worry.
Thanks for informing us PP as you just never know where the dog may turn up.
