If they need doing they will.
Some people are like Slinkies. They're really good for nothing. But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

I think its part of the service, but don't quote me on that, Murph has never had his done as he gets them walked off by oh lol.
Charge depends on size and breed of dog.

Vet also does it...cost for Basset is £ 8.00,but if does as part of

consultation..........no charge. That is how it has been for me.

I also manage to trim the tops in between visits.Perhaps kitten trimmers would do a Yorkie.

I can't see that being any good tbh, as it just looks like a nail file.

You have to know exactly where the wick is don't you?

I would suggest asking the vet or the groomers where to clip the nails so that you can do it yourself.

Yes you do need to be aware of where the wick in the nail is so that it is not cut but trimming nails by clipping the tops off is pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

YES....with my basset,it is quite easy as she has white claws, mainly, but I suspect ur wee lad will have dark ones???Kitten scissors are whatv I used on my puppies, when I bred cockers. They are quite gentle for little paws.Pets at home sell them.
