    Question Cheap Edinburgh Hotel

    Can any1 reccomend a cheap hotel in Edinburgh for a nights stay next wknd? Somewhere central preferred!

    Try laterooms.com,I got a hotel in Edinburgh that charges in excess of £200 a night for £68!It was a lovely hotel too! x
    The nice thing about living in a small place is that if you dont know what you are doing....there's always somebody who does,or thinks they do! x

    Thanks will have a look! The quick search i did most of the rooms were averaging about £180 til £200 + Crazy!

    try the Travel lodges or the Holiday Inns

    Try Googling Calton Apartments. It's just off the top of Leith Walk and only a short walk to the theatre and Princes Street. Found this to be a cheaper option than a hotel.

    If it doesn`t have to be a hotel and a good B&B would do send me a pm and I will pass on four phone numbers I have of places we have used in the past.

    Default hotels

    The grassmarket hotel is cheap and central for pubs and 15mins from princes street but it is basic. Depends what you are looking for.

    Default Hotel!

    Thanks folks for all suggestions! Hotel is booked! But gutted the hostel looks fine never thought of that have used Euro Hostel in Glasgow before and its sooo cheap! Silly me!
