    Default Ceol Country on Alba

Have been watching the above programme for the last 2 weeks, with another week to go, and it's been excellent..We've seen lots or old mates, from up north, at the line-dancing..the music has been great..Kate Bain and Richard, with Young Addie on the fiddle and box..Manson Grant and the Dynamos with the lad Macleod from Watten on the mandolin..excellent ..and the young folk from Wick Youth Club putting on a good show...yes, the Halkirk festival looked like it was excellent entertainment...and not to forget Deisel Dan in his big truck..very good
