Can anyone solve a problem for me, I have suddenly been receiving e-mails for every post on the ORG I have subscribed to. How can I stop them ?.....THANKS

Go into your User CP then look for & click on Edit Options down the left hand side. Under the second section (Messaging & Notification) you should have the Default Thread Subscription Mode set to No Email Notification by default.

Tried that,I didn't have it ticked.

I then looked at my subscribed threads and at the drop down box in the bottom right corner alter that to no notifications and tick all the boxes of all the threads and that seems to have cured it.
