Laptop help
Need some help with my laptop and just knew this was the best place
Ok. So hubby bought me a new dell laptop and now i am going to sell my packard bell old laptop. I havnt got a restore cd so would just uninstalling the programs that i installed be like the same thing?

what are you trying to do?
remove all your data and put it back to when u 1st got it?

Yeah I am planning on giving it to my son but was wanting to clear alot of crap of it as i sometimes goes a bit slow. Also you know the names icons you get when you start on like your own name how do you delete and change them?

download ccleaner then under tools, you can add/remove progs
if you run ccleaner too [run cleaner icon botton right]
that should speed things up.
or simply just use add and remove programs in control panel.
as for users, that can be done under users in CP too!
