Does anyone know what the traffic control/speed meter that has a smile and a frown depending on what you're speed is called?

It's called a Speed Reactive Sign-my boss was thinking of getting them installed in our depot which is how I found out the proper name.

Cheers jox. My partner loves the frown or unhappy face as he calls it and he will go 1 mph over just to get it. He's an odd creature
