If it's a girl could be Ice Maiden or Ice Lola or Ice Lolly.

if a colt "the ice shah of caithness" , not familiar with many Arab names, though our old Mare (lost last year due to colic) was called Sihrina, can't see how an ice prefix in with it though

some of these names have a reason like ice n fire is a skewbald and ice pure ice is the first reg pba of sherouks
also the last two shula had were filly so there is a good chance its a colt this time and it might be the last she is getting on in years
