Before anyone can or would support this Charity a bit more detail would have been nice.
For example the Start Time, How Much to get in and perhaps a bit of the Program.
Not many people would be happy if they arrived at 8pm to find it had started at 7pm.

it's all in there. We musicians have had threads pulled out of the general section as it should be kept under "music" you see, so they don't tend to appear here very often & if they do there's more often than not a similar thread in the music section.
It's always worth having look in the music section when a gig of any sort is mentioned in the general forum.
