Aye, Buggyracer. the one's from John O'Groats are tops. Mackays? Could be wrong - ours come re-bagged so I'm not sure of the name.

There's a few eyes in them but the taste is something else. Try the Co-Op in Thurso. The one in Wick sells them.

Bews Butchers stock John O`Groats tatties by the sack or loose, but the tastiest tatties I have ever had in Caithness are from Thurso East. Also sold in Bews in Thurso.
