Redundant Buildings

Does anyone have a copy of the Inventory Report for Redundant Buildings in Caithness. This was commissioned by Prince Charles and published last year. Is there a link to it ?

Don't know if they are on the official list, but there's a few of them at the Wick Business Park at Lochshell that are clearly redundant having been empty since they were built a few years ago with taxpayers money by the not-lamented Caithness & Sutherland Enterprise.

The North Highland Initiative/Partnership should employ skilled workers that have been laid off as supervisors and make up a squad of unemployed teenagers supervised by them to repair some of these run down buildings and teach them trades. To me that would be a practical thing to do with them.
