I saw this lovely wee fella on the tv and the same as you, wondered what went through the head of his owner. Poor mite is in the right place where he will regain his former self and I am sure he will find that very special loving home that will take the time with him......taking him walks and making sure he doesn't eat or be fed into oblivion.................

His former owner has passed on. No doubt a doting old lady/gent who loved him to bits and couldn't resist those big brown eyes!
