Default An unusual way of recycling xmas Cards

Many years ago, I bought my OH a very soppy Christmas card in a box. What I then did was to write a wee message and dated it. The next year the same card came out and a new message added and a date. We are now on our second Christmas card since we started doing this and it is lovely to look back at all the previous years messages and it has saved a small fortune over the years - although that was not the reason for doing it originally but in these days of limited resources it is maybe something to think about for more of the family.

I think I will get my daughters to choose a card to use for year after year and I will do the same. We can keep sending them back and fore and continue the tradition. Just an idea - especially for family.

Great Idea and lovely way of Recording Social History. Many Years from now this could become a reall asset in research for geneology etc.

Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before.
