    Default Sea Smoke

Yesterday was a stunning morning, lazy b.. that I am I was up too late for the sunrise, but a quick look out of the window yesterday morning had me out with a macro lens for some frost shots, got to the Esplanade, what a scene, and yes the wrong lens!
Do you go home and change it, or persevere .... So all shot with a 105mm Macro lens on a X 1.5 crop camera, not ideal.

Would much have preferred to be using a wide angle zoom, but needs must!

Forget the lens and go with the moment great pictures are still possible as you have shown, love the etherial quality of the first one, never seen quite so much spray flying in that bay.

    Lizz,
Thanks for the comment, yes the decision to stay and take the photographs with that lens was the right one, and it shows that it's good experience to have to work with something other than one's preferred choice.
