    Well, its that lunatic guy again, doing the charity ride from Buck Palace to Windsor Castle - they've increased the distance to 45 miles. If you would like to support the worthy Princes Trust charity and demonstrate some faith in my ability please send me a pm and I'll send you the link. My thanks in advance for those that do.

    Well, the ride is over for another year. Finished the 45 miles in 3 hours. Poured with rain so got thoroughly wet and muddy. Great fun, though. Dame Kelly Holmes took part.... beat me though!
