    Talking Watten BBs and the Ellings Cup

    Robert Thompson sent in a photograph of our magnificent team of long ago and it was published on the front page today. Just to say...it was 1966 when we won that cup. And what a great result it was. Unlike other football teams that year we didn't have to rely on home advantage the whole time (we won the final in Thurso) and we didn't have to rely on dodgy Russian linesmen giving goals that weren't. Thanks Robert for rekindling memories of a great season. Weren't we still Lifebouys then?
