We need to be at the St Pancras Station by 5 am, can anyone advise me how long it will take to get there from Blackfriars Station? Thanks.

sassylass....just not to sure what time the underground opens in the mornings..but find out.because it is the quickest way to travel....good luck...
Unfortunately, the tube won't be open at that time of the morning so the best bet would be to book a cab. Don't try to hail one in the street as they'll be thin on the ground, better to book one to pick you up. The journey will easily be less than 30 minutes but you might want to allow that for late arrival of the cab and/finding your way around the station.
Thanks everyone, for your help.
Just make sure they can actually supply the cab - I booked a black cab to take me from Croydon to Wimbledon at 5.15am one weekday morning. At 5.30am I rang to see where it was and they told me that despite me having booked it 36 hours in advance, they were still trying to find a driver to take the job...
