LOL Raven - we were there last weekend as well, so probably did pass each other on the way!
I used to have family living in Skerray, so we spent a while there first - having a picnic in the rain!
These are beautiful photos.
Of course we're not tired of seeing them....yawn!

Yes, most of the pics are from Skerray, and a few taken in Tongue as well.
Skerray is such a lovely place - I took a pic of Jimsons's old house, which is now a type of museum! Our family used to live next door.
thats strange my Mum lived also nextdoor but one at nr 15 (i Think) second house after the churchhall a great place. Must get back again, and once again thanks to all the orger for the Photos.

It is West of Reay, but its the North coast.
If anyone thinks the coast out towards Durness is good , just wait till you see the scenery round the corner of Cape Wrath on the real West Coast.
Check a map folks, it'll give you an idea of the layout. Well worth a trip .
Its about 90 miles to Kinlochbervie.
