And in a week when the part time Secy of State for Scotland stressed his opposition to the the Scottish Government running Scottish and Local goevernment elections in Scotland (against the findings of the Gould report) you really wonder what the Scottish Labour party think of Scotland I mean what other party would want an outside administation running their own countries elections ????
It does of course happen ...in places like Angola EastTimor etc
Or just maybe Dougie Alexander wants another crack at "engineering" (alledgedly) a Labour win

a good article in this mornings English Daily Mail goes into the hierarchy at the top of New Labour....which it describes as 'incestuous'....it really is chilling the way the members of this elite all seem linked in some way.
Their days are yet long, but I feel they're numbered....at least with the Tory toffs one knew where one stood...this lot are quislings in the guise of Labour politicians...control freaks and careerist gravy train hoppers. They have shafted Britain and treated tax paying workers with utter contempt.

Poor wee Wendy's alleged sleaze is only £900.00, Wee Fat Eck's is a lot bigger, allegedly £29,100 more.

FACT 1 - MSP's from ALL parties wrote a joint letter to the First Minister and asked that he answer for the slow progress of SEPA and the apparent breakdown in communication between the developer and SEPA

FACT 2 - The first minister passed these concerns on to the Environmental Minister (ultimately responsible for SEPA) and asked for advice from the Chief Planner on the PROCESS to see whether the Scotish Government by way of Delays caused by SEPA could be exposed to accusations of bringing the Planning Department into disrepute.

FACT 3 - The environment minister on the Politics Show confirmed that he communicated with the MSP's and confirmed that he could not intervene in a specific case but did ask SEPA to review it's processes to ensure that issues are dealt with timeously....

FACT 4 - SEPA & the Developer agreed the necessary further proposals/information and their objection was removed - This by the way is standard Planning Practice.


The Environment Minister also confirmed that all of the correspondence will be put into the public domain, with the MSP's permission, to clearly show the roles played by the various parties.....

I see there is transparency there Now I think thats a wee bit different to what is going on in the Scottish Labour party for a very long time Isnt it???
