Some people are like Slinkies. They're really good for nothing. But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

    Congratulations Rheghead!!!!

That needs some kind of spectacular recognition! Maybe you could borrow the quiz jacket for a week or two. Or have Bobinvich alter it by changing the colour to whatever shade it is that is produced when aluminium burns.

Thank you all for the congrats, believe me when I say this, but, if there was a village pub then I'd probably wouldn't be a 1K orger yet. I am interested in people and it is great to have discussed so many topics with so many orgers, I have enjoyed 99.9% of it. I often just take a thread purely as an exercise to get the brain matter going, a reason to read up on something and improve one's understanding of the topic in question. I'm just like that all over, it drives the OH nuts, like when I was studying Ikebana just to make a point. Sheesh, Ikebana of all things! I just try to make myself interested in something, not to be an expert but just to have a better understanding of something. My signature sums it up, if I see something that I don't agree with then I will look it up. And yes, I don't like being wrong so that is why I always try to make sure my facts are right, and yes, I have been caught out a few times....but not often

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
