Could be - albinism is common amongst birds. Once saw an almost all white blackbird. There are a couple of species about the right size that are black and white, though - mostly from the Continent.
I have just been watching what i think is a partial Albino Blackbird. I managed to photograph it poor quality unfortunately. Has anybody got any information?

"Step sideways, pause and study those around you. You will learn a great deal."
I saw a white pheasant once. It was the weirdest thing.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.
Does it look sort of like this, as this is one.

Away with the birds
Yep, we have one that comes to our bird table sometimes - it's a real thug!
White peacocks at Scone palace are gorgeous!
Wow Lolabelle I thought they were quite unusual - actually never knew they existed until I saw them there.
I have a blackbird that's going grey on top - sort of spotty.
The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.
We have a young male blackbird that we feed regularly and he has a white strip on his throat, thought he had his scarf on when we first seen him

Can you check that your Blackbird with the white stripe on the throat is not a Ring Ouzel? They should not be here at this time of the year, but there have just been 14 Common Cranes in Caithness and they should be in southern Europe, so I suppose anything can happen!
Its defo a plain old male blackbird
