    Default Haggis

How and what do you serve your Haggis. I like Haggis but only know how to serve it with Neeps & tatties.

    Any recipe ideas please

We stuff the haggis inside a chicken when we roast it. So the haggis then becomes the stuffing it tastes delish as the juices from the chicken go in to the haggis.

You can also stuff chicken fillets or in our butchers we get haggis truffles which is a ball of haggis & wrapped in sausage meat then in a breadcrumbs coating with spices. they are lovely.
