I don't do socialising well, so I'll not be going..............but I am good at babysitting if anyone needs a sitter....just shout......and for free.........gives me something to do in my retirement.

I'm in Lybster, but am happy to go anywhere, provided I can get a couch to sleep on until the buses are running to Wick/Lybster next day.

To reassure people, I'm 60 (bar 2 days) a granny of four....and great with kids I don't have to live with 24/7/365!

Oddquine, that has to be one of the nicest things I've seen in a long time.

    Good on ya!

Sounds like a possibility. The sat night would suit me better as I work Saturdays

I would be up for a night out but they always seem to be in Wick, well the last 2 years anyway. (Correct me if I am wrong).

Thurso night out should be on the cards.

I put up a poll last year for a C.org Christmas Night Out. Sadly, I was unable to attend, due to ill health. I'm led to believe that two nights were actually arranged and took place - one in Wick and one in Thurso and both were very enjoyable.

I'm not a supporter of the Thurso/Wick "divide" and would be happy to set a Poll up here, if it would help with the deciding of the date/venue etc. Let me know.

Having said that, two nights out (in my book at least) are better than one night out or none at all so I could set up two polls to keep it flexible.

Either the Friday or Saturday night in Wick would suit me, I will be there this year!
