    Default Battered Cauliflower

I know sounds weird but is awesome.
    Par boil some cauliflower florets.
Make a batter half flour/half custard powder(or conflour),pinch of salt, dash of vinegar, baking powder.
Dip cauli in batter and deep fry.
Thats it simple but a little different.A good way to get kids to eat their veg!!!!

Do it with gram flour (chickpea) for the batter with spices and you have pakora.

    Yip bigman youre right.
I make Gobi PAkora quite alot but cant post the recipe though as i know by looking how much of each spice to add,so to give a recipe with "shaking hand" amounts would not be good!!!
Suppose that would make it freemason pakora

Even better if you use brocolli (I'm not a cauliflower fan) or baby corn.
