Thread: Child Support

    Default Child Support

I'm looking for a website that can give me all the rules for the old child support system. I've been looking and can only find the new rules and would like to find out how the old system works. Any help appreciated. Thanks

    Unhappy Hope this helps

I did a tiny bit of digging...it seems that agreements set-up before 2003 will have to move to the new scheme. My ex pays via the CSA but its a ruddy nightmare making sure he pays up. The CSA are not really that good at enforcing the agreements.
Spring has sprung, the grass is ris', I wonder where the birdies is, the birdies is on d' wing, now thats absurd, everyone knows d' wing is on d' bird
