OBC are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Contract Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Procurement of subcontractors, ensuring supply chain documentation is obtained and compliant
- Communicate and coordinate information with Client Design teams, OBC Site Managers and subcontractors
- Attendance at project progress meetings
- Update project programs
- Monitor project progress
- Monthly project measurements and claims
- Assistance in tender submissions
- Other ad-hoc project administration duties
Requirements:
- Good practical knowledge of quantity surveying procedures and understanding of standard measurement rules
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction industry practices and terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent IT skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with others
Pay & Conditions:
