Over Half a Million quid for repairs / reconstruction of a footbridge, utilising most of the original structural components & installing a new Southern section bridge that anyone could practicall jump over? Somebody's having a laugh, as usual, at the expense of the local tax payers... It's a bloody farce.

no doubt the Council EXPERTS have spoken ,it'll be twice the price before its finished . If ever .
Council states, Governance policy says "all actions should be transparent and open to question". YES it says SHOULD best of luck .
