i have a moto v3 and my daughter has done sothing to it i cant get photos through in a text like but i can get normal textes through does any one know anything about the phone that could help thank you t any one that gets back to me

if it is o2 you are with, phone their customer services. my hubby just had this problem with his v3 and phoning them was the only way he could get it sorted out. he tried the downloads of the net but nothing worked.

Not familiar with the model but I suspect that the problem is cause by the Message Centre which is programmed into the phone memory for texting purposes, or that it is not using GPRS any more.

You could program back the message centre yourself but if you phone your mobile operator and ask them to send you the phone settings they can send you a system message SMS to put all settings back to what they should be.
