Preditive text wanted

Hi, I don't know if there is such a thing out there, you know the preditive text that you can use on your mobile phone, is there same for the computer,
My brother is trying to do documents which are simlar and thought this would be a good idea..

Hi not sure if this is the sort of thing, can't tell if it works on an ordinary as well as the on screen keyboard.
It does have a trial download on the page but it is £60 if you like it.
Used a similar thing years ago with a kid i worked with who had dyslexia he used it to make writing less stressful.
