Exclamation Need to find glass replacement

I ordered a light fixture and it arrived with one of the coloured(green) panes of glass shattered. Does anyone know who could fix this? Thanks for any assistance in this.

the company you ordered it from should replace it, just give them a call.

    Send it back as damaged.
    And ask for a replacement.

Sadly, from eBay, private seller and I really want the light. Hoping to find someone locally to replace the one pane - the rest survived.

There is a glass maker (I think) on Riverside in Thurso. Have seen some of his crafty work as gifts and would imagine he can make glass to suit your light. Worth an ask.

Just because it is from a private seller on eBay does not mean they have no responsibility. Contact eBay and tell them and they should be able to help you with their Buyer Protection.
