    Default Thurso catchment area

    I recently saw a wanted ad for a property saying it must be in the Thurso catchement area.
    Is Thurso seen as the best between Wick and Thurso?
    Where is the dividing line if there is one?

    Beauty as they say is in the eye of the beholder. I guess that if you asked that question of all the people in the county of Caithness you would finish up about 50/50.

    Both town have strengths, they are quite different places in some ways and almost identical in others.

    Would living at Scotscalder mean that a child had to go to Halkirk or can they apply for other schools as well?
