Does anyone know if you need to get landlords insurance cover even if your just renting out a room in your home?

Dont think you need landlords insurance, but, you will need to let your insurers know.
If you dont tell them and something happens you wont be covered....so the first call should be to your insurers, both home and contents to see what they say!
Then take it from there.
