Not sure if this is the right area to request this,but here we go.

My housemate is due to depart very shortly so need a new lodger. I stay in a 3 bedroom property in the Pennyland area of Thurso.Gas heating.Bills are pretty much covered except if you want to use the phone,but WI-FI,SKY etc is free.Going to need some furniture as my housemate owned most of it,but am working on getting what I need myself.Garden shed,back store and a spare room so plenty of space available.I am a 35 year old working male.Rent asked for is £240 a month (only £60 a week) which is negotiable.

To what? Rob Warner? I used to have a Harley but I'm not fat,bearded and 40 something! Rent has been reduced to £200 a month,and as I'm working away I'm not here a lot.
