    The highlight of my holiday in Northumberland last week - a 25-day-old eagle owl chick called Fudge being hand-reared at the birds of prey centre, Beal. Is this how the idea for a Furby came about??

    This wee darling will no doubt turn into a spectacular bird of prey, but ATM he's just a wee cutie..AWWWWWWWWWWW !

    That brings back memories. We had our female Eagle Owl (Izzy) in the house with us when she was a chick. She used to love sitting on the Great Dane. lol.
    Ugly but cute.

    Gorgeous! Beal has two snowy owls (called Edward and Bella - someone's a Twilight fan!) who they're hoping will start a family soon.
