Disappearing Ducks!

On Saturday afternoon (30/4/11) between 12.30 and 3.00 one of our silver call drakes went missing. Don't think it was a predator of any kind as the run mesh is small and the run is secure. There were feathers on the outside of the run but not on the inside. If anyone can offer any clues to where he went I would be very grateful. He was rung. The really sad thing is THEY ARE MY CHILDRENS PETS!!!!! They are very upset. We had rehomed these ducks to give them a good home and now sadly 2 have disappeared, any information will be very gratefully received, thank you!

How high is the fencing? Could they have flown over?
