E mail problem

Everytime I open an e mail from Next my laptop freezes - nothing will open or close so I just have to turn it off. The same thing happens on the netbook - any ideas

if this is the same email that is doing it
delete it on your mail providers webmail interface

or do you mean its an email from 'next' if so do the same
