    Well done Andy Murray He Has Just beaten Federer Number 1 in the World. He has now beaten all the top players in the last two years not something that henman ever achieved Maybe wimbledon winner someday go man go

    Wonderful achievement by Andy. A straight sets win over the no 1.

    He's certainly proved he's no flash in the pan and it will be fantastic to see him lift the Wimbledon title

    i think that the 1/2 million lottery funding that he got for a new trainer is helping.

    He has done really well, once he gets a bit stronger and fitter I'm sure he will be number one, but I guess that is 18 month to two years away yet.

    I heard him on the radio - he is now far more articulate during interviews than he was during Wimbledon. Wonder if he has been voice coached as well as tennis coached. Its all to the good though. Good luck to him.

    I thought Henman had retired!

    I think federer had a very heavy cold which spoilt his concentration.
