    Default Lifeboat Callout?

    Saw the coastguard going south with blue lights flashing at Latheron at teatime today, Sunday, and the lifeboat steaming south at the same time. Anyone know what was up?

    a boat broke down and was 30 yards from rocks,was later towed to dunbeath
