    I went into a shop in Thurso yesterday, and the checkout assistant was really rude.
    Went into the same shop branch today in Wick and the checkout assistants were really nice.
    I know people can have an off day...but...it was really bad...
    I told the guy on the checkout today that the wick store was nicer to shop in...he said lots of people have said the same!

    Believe it or not some of the Thurso staff are ok, but I think I can possibly figure out who it is, did they fling your shopping past you like it was a competition of who could move it fastest them throwing or you catching?

    No I didnt even have it up on the conveyor belt as it was 2 big bags of cat litter I had!
    And they are quite heavy...10kg each!
    I didnt want to lift them more than I needed too!
