    Default Ed Milliband, PM material?

I thought he did a great job with what power he had under Gordon in the DECC with his Ed's pledge etc but there are one or two things that worry me about his credibility internationally but that is by the by.
He does come across as good as a speaker and not too aloof. No match for Caroline Lucas though, her gentlest touch not only deserves command but will sunder any opposition.

No not at all. What Labour needed was someone completely different, not another TB look alike. In my opinion Diane Abbot would have been a Better choice.

Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before.

Dianne Abbot the racist and sexist who asked employers not to make any ethnic minorities or women redundant. Or Dianne Abbot the socialist who sends her kids to a fee paying school?

He should have his adenoids removed. Every time I hear him I reach for the Otrivine.

Nah he is more one of Nick Park's creature comforts than a Tony Blair lookalike.

Does it matter what or who he is, he's irrelevant anyway and will probably have been ousted before the next general election.

Do not think so. He made a sensible and thoughtful decision. He knows that the press would disect every comment in the next five years to suggest dispute between the brothers. All decisions would be about what each of the brothers thought rather than what they really meant for the country.

Incidentally I think they chose the wrong brother and have lost potentially a great PM.
