Well, through a girl's best friend aka Google, I finally found out that the band is DEFAULT, and the song is "All Is Forgiven", from their 2005 "One Thing Remains" album. And like Nickelback, they're Canadian!

Hmmm, Ricco, well I knew that the Crash Test Dummies were Canadian. Also The Guess Who, Bryan Adams, Celine Dion, Sarah McLachlan, Alanis Morissette and Avril Lavigne.
