    If you sent your dog out for a walk with two young girls in Mount Vernon just now, you should know the younger girl was whipping the dog with something and kicked it in the ribs. They disappeared before I could get out of the house or I would have told them exactly what I thought of their behavior.

    The dog was white with brown markings, looked a bit like a pit bull from a distance.

    thats awful Sandra, hopefully someone will know who they are or who the dog belongs to.

    I don't understand why some people think its ok to hit animals.......mind you these are probably the same ones who think its ok to hit people
