    I am looking to try and find out the history of 9 Francis Street Wick
    as far back as possible and would be very grateful if anyone out there could help, we only moved into the house in August 2009

    in 2005 it was worth £17,000 less than what you bought it for,thats all i can find lol

    I think you read that wrong as it actually says that in 2005, 12th June, it was sold for £125K and the £17K was the rise since the last sale.
