Argos Ring & Reserve

I had tried via the website to reserve an item in Argos for collecting but it didn't have the new store in Wick on the database. To cut a long story short I sent a mail the their customer enquirys and this is the response I got -

Our internet team is aware of the problem so our new store at Wick should be showing shortly.

In the meantime, you can reserve item at this store by calling 0870 600 1010, the store code for Wick is 834.

Tried using that service too but same thing happened. I never got an e-mail back after 3 attempts.
