i've been eating this recently its really lovely! i've been using haddock loins wrapping in it a tin foil parcel with white wine and slices of lemon placed over the top of the fish, for about 20-25 mins, served with new potatoes and a lemon and dill sauce (which i bought from sainsburys.... i know i'm a big cheat [lol]) very very nice!
