what do you think of the guide launched by Health chiefs on the best way to do the toilet!!!!!?
the four-page booklet produced at a cost of £6000 by NHS Tayside is targeted at people with bowel problems, and offers tips on what posture to adopt while on the loo.
the pamphlet warns against "slumping" and insists on keeping your mouth open, and boasts it will "help you to find the correct position" it says "When you sit on the toilet, make sure your feet are well supported, you may need to use a footstool. do not slump down but keep the normal curve in your back. Keep your mouth open. Aim to do this every time"
And thats just some of it. whatever next?!!!!! http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_4_1.gif (http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZNfox000) http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_15_9.gif (http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZNfox000)
