I tried it, I liked it, you will too!!
The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.

Great exercise. Just two questions.
Should I increase the number I do by the day?:)
And when I get to doing it ten times a day, should I have ten glasses of wine?

tried it and feel fitter than ever, didn't bother with the wine but had a cuppa instead. :lol:

I wonder if it is still effective without the wine.
