First aid course?

My first aid certificate has run out and I would like to do a new one,does anyone know of any courses up here than are either free or very cheap as i am not working at the moment x

Go onto Thurso college web site and see if they have any courses coming up soon.
You'll get ILA aswell, even if they cost money so that would pay for it.:D
