Trojan Virus

I got a virus on my laptop, everytime i do a scan it finds it quarantines it but i cant seem to shake it after that! it has got into my facebook account and sends the links out to friends too :(! anyone know how i can get rid of it? i am usins Norman anti virus

Well i use norton 360 everytime i scan it find a tracing cookie everytime and quarintines it i think thats normal is that u are getting?

it comes up with a file name for autorun then in description it has trojan with a few letters after, no to sure what it all means tbh lol

i realised that i had it because when i use internet explorer now it comes up with loads of notices from webpages one after the other saying the computer is infected and to install their software it then trys to download something but i never let?!?!
